I'm waiting for Summer vacation time and driver ed money:biggrin:
- Next step buy power jack plate and install, (looking to run in 8" of water) Purchased from a Michigan Sportsman Sponsor - Damark Marine
-epoxy new floors, cover with rough roving fiberglass and install,
-Build small center console - so I can stand (see the river) and steer- the existing cables (steering, shift, throttle etc) are long enough to move them to a center console. I already have a cardboard prototype

- Deadline - Late July - in time for the first early Manistee kings:coolgleam

bought the jack plate- waiting for an adapter plate to be welded - maybe tomorrow.
Have all the decks built, epoxied and installed- didnt use the roving - used a rubber composite marine coating- used it to paint all the insides
hooked up most of the controls and wiring
removed all the rust from the trailer - primed and painted it.

Main thing left to be done is to get the jack plate on and attach the motor!
Get some pics out in the next couple of days :)
