Don't forget to check your boat

With the recent snows don't forget to take a look at your boats cover to make sure it hasn't developed a rip or tear and allowed snow to get inside..
It's a lot easier to remove now than after it it has had a chance to freeze.

That's a good idea..last week I swept a lot of snow (which was starting to make the tarp sag) off my pontoon.

After the big snow Thursday, I'm sure it's going to be bad again...I'm going to stop and pick up some more bungie cords to make it tighter.

So, I'm heading up to the lake this afternoon (also gives me a reason to do a little pheasant hunting around the area:evilsmile)

I need to bring in my hunting blinds. One of them I noticed did not handle the 10 inches of snow on it's roof very well, next time out there, I need to bring them in.
