I'm wanting to redo the carpet in my boat. Looked at Bass Pro and other places, was just wondering if anyone knew of a place that sells it for a little cheaper than they do. Wouldnt be opposed to haveing someone else do it for me if the price was right.

Home Depot or Lowes. I got some of the grey for my alum. boat at HD for 16.00 dollars, it was a roll about 5x10 ft maybe a little longer I know it was at least 10 ft though.

Went to Menards looking for some carpet to cover the runners on my shore station...As soon as I mentioned what I wanted, the gal showed me some carpet that a lot of guys use for shore stations/boat carpet. Kind of an indoor/outdoor carpet...used it for a year (under the water a lot of the time) and it works fine.

I re carpeted my 27 ft salmon boat a couple years back for about $90. I searched for boat carpet on Ebay and hooked up with an outlet from a Georgia carpet mill and got the end piece from a run. It was easier to install than I thought it was going to be.

My brother did his boat about 3 years ago with carpet from Menard's. Still looks great and he gets a ton of use out of his boat, he fishes a lot of tournaments. It's not showing any sign of wear, it really looks good.
