Not exactly sure when i'll go do some shining. Right now pretty much got buck fever, just recently got permission to hunt some private land and just now trying to figure out how the deer use the land out there. But still lookin forward to do some shinning in the near future. Good luck out there fellas, save me somes coons.

I got around to taking the dog last night, just had time for one woods. I dropped her off and let her run, she did better at running through the woods this time. I didn't have a problem getting here to come back to me either. Quite change to my buddies dogs im used to hunting with. I was given this little red tick dog last year, and i've given her a few caged coons last year, but only took her out once this summer. She did great on the caged coon and she really hates them, she tore the siding off my little barn trying to get to the caged coon that I left in there for few hours till I had time to let it loose.
Later last night she was barking here dang little head off when I tried to made a coyote stand, guess she didn't like the rabbit blues I was trying to sing... LOL I probably should have taken her home, but didn't feel like driving home and back to where I wanted to try calling them. Guess i'll know better for next time...
