Hunters safety

Just had a question regarding my hunters safety certificate that I am unable to locate. I took it many years ago, but was wandering if there is any record keep and if so how to obtain a copy.

Yes,

When I went to Iowa in 97 I had to have one. Mine was old and unreadable. I called the state and they mailed me a new one.
