I just got 11 acres and jsut wanted to let you guys know there is another 11 acres next to mine for lease or sale.It has a private drive,private pond and the rest is woods (mainly striper knobs with huge pines) Lease 150.00 a month purchase is 5000 an acre the owner will carry the loan at 7%.Iam not making a dime off this I just know how excited Iam about mine.
