Went out yesterday evening for a short trip. Water is down so low right now had to man-handle the boat off the trailer. Then almost couldnt get away from the ramp. Since we only had 1½ hours at most,, I put on a top-water and decided I would throw it till I caught a nice one. My bud started with a chartruese crank. He must have had atleast 10 before I finally caught 1 short. Then he caught a short (14½") walleye. He did outnumber me by far. But,,,, finally this guy busted my top-water and it was on When we got back to the ramp,, the water was back up about 3" and that was just enough to load up without a hassle
