hey everyone. I talked to this fellow earlier this evening. His name is Jack Keihn (pronounced KEEN), and he shot this buck on 11-22-05 with a 20 gauge. This deer has not been green scored officially, but someone who knows a little about scoring rough/guessed it at over 230 N.T. I can't say for sure if this is a legit score, but I do know this...IT'S A MONSTER!!!! Seriously, I know that this buck will score well over 200 for sure. Jack was good to talk to and was very humble about the whole experience.

I dont think it will score as high as you would hope, There will more than likely be big deductions still as a non typical, My guess is 195-205" Very nice deer though congrats!

this deer i seen with my own eyes after jack shot it and i know at the bace of the beam my hand would not rap around it .. the biggest deer i ever seen or touch .. this is my idea dream to get a chance at a deer close to this .. i hunt about 5 miles from where he shot this .. i might have a chance at a offspring .... i think this deer myself would be state recorded...... xstreambuckmaster

Hey Everyone, This buck was officially scored on Sat. at the Indy Deer and Turkey Expo. at 234 and change as a N.T. This is the new No. 3 N.T. buck in the shotgun N.T. category. Congratulations Jack on a great buck. Look for an article on this buck in the Aug. issue of Indiana Game and Fish.
