No. The Rifle Rules as I read them are only allowed for Private Property. Shotguns Muzzle Loaders and Pistol Cartridge Rifles are allowed on Indiana Public Property.
Depends on what type of hunting you are doing. You can use anything to hunt coyotes or predators. But if you are hunting white tail deer then there are limitations on the type of ammo and rifles you can use. Which is why everyone else answered no to your question as I guess they are all assuming that you are meaning hunting Deer not Coyotes.
