I'm new to trapping. I live in Bartholomew County, near Atterbury and Brown County State Park. I want to trap some small animals like squirrels, rabbits, skunks. Something smaller than foxes. Does anyone have any tips on places to find them or trapping tips? Also, are they good eats? That's why I'm doing this. I want some good meat.

I know it’s an old post but trapping skunks!?!? Haha that’s crazy.
Like a true *******, I have a junk pile and a culvert pipe in there had a skunk in it. I wish I knew that before I started hunting it haha. One of my dogs had the skunk in the pipe barking at it and I assumed it was maybe a possum at the worst. I sent my other dog in the opposite side of the pipe and I heard a “hissing” then the dogs took off running. I quickly found out why when I got a whiff! Thought it was a funny Story now that it’s all over haha
Turns out you can’t say “red neck“:ROFLMAO:
