Am I the only one who has to stay next to my dog when she eats?

If I walk away, she'll follow.

Is there something wrong with me or the dog?

Brittany, yep. Maybe it's the breed. Really affectionate...kind of dependent.
  3. My last dog was just like that. Very timid. The one before was totally independent though. I think they are like people and they each have their own personalities.

p.s. I still won't have any other breed than Brittanies.

Timid...boy did you hit the nail on the head...first sound of thunder at night, and her head is under the bed....I can't yell at her or I'll hurt her feelings

But, as timid as she is in the house, she's a hunting machine...It's amazing how they change in the field.....This is what makes them such good house dogs.

Can't wait to get my new pup next spring.

  5. Sounds like my little girl ;) ;) ;)
