Couple of Michigan Bucks

  1. This nuck was missing his left rear hoof/leg just under the tarsal...he had no problem getting around though. I didn't notice till after he was down.

He's no Indy monster but aged at 3.5 which is good for our area.

This one was taken from the same property 3 days prior to mine by my buddy. Aged at 4.5. We've been "trying" to pass on 1.5yo for about 3 years now and seriously shooting does (I've taken 12 myself in the previous 3 years). Finally starting to see some results...we've seen more bucks this year than ever and the age structure is slowly beginning to equalize.

  2. I'm a true beliver in the OBR..... Nice Deer!
  3. Congrats to you Kelly and your buddy! Nice deer. Keep taking those does and you'll have more of those big guys roaming around.
  4. Yeah buddy, the plan works! Nice bucks........
  5. Congratulations. Good looking bucks. I love hunting pine tree woods!
  6. congrats, nice bucks!!
  7. Nice job guys especially with bow equipment. Going to get my Ross back out during the muzzleloader season. Seen a couple of the big boys over the weekend, guess the cold weather has them out and about.
