The ones I passed today were still iced in but not enough to be safe for walking on.
I'm on the head waters of a small tributary and we've had water out of the banks about all day.
White river was still in it's banks but high from Williams Dam to Shoals yesterday. Trucks and trailors sitting at the Bedford ramp so there must be a few brave souls on the river from there down to the dam.
