Looks like a GREAT set up/operation your running there.
If you don't mind my asking....what does one of those grinder attachments run for one of those mixers (name is slipping my mind).
My wife was one, and right now I'm just using a #10 hand grinder....would love to look into something like that.
Of course I'd have to do it when the wife wasn't home so she wouldn't see me running deer meat through her favorite cookie/cake making machine! LOL :yikes:
The grinder attachment is like $50. It works great I would go buy one today if I was doing it by hand. The meat doesn't ever even touch the mixer. We add about 20% 80-20 beef to ours and it is great meat.
