Ice is on
We have ice here in central Indiana,fished a local pond today. The water is cloudy due to all the rain before the ice came,the bite was tough fished about 4 hrs. and only got 10 nice keepers. Tried every color until I settled for a weighted fly a freind of mine ties in black hackle. The fish were there I could see them on the FL 18 they just wouldnt hit. Any way being on the ice is great. Finally getting out
Good to hear we finally have some safe Ice.I have been busy working but am off this week-end.Plan on spending some time on the pond behind the house.

They are now predicting 8-12 inches of fluffly snow and wind gusts up to 35 mph. the pond behind your house may be the only place you will be able to get to!!
