Interesting Rifle/Shotgun article.

  1. I've been keeping an eye on the on going debate concerning rifle vs. shotgun that has been going on here lately. In the spirit of full disclosure, I have to admit that I do almost all of my deer hunting with a centerfire rifle or with a muzzleloader and don't really see what the big deal is but then again I did not grow up with the tradition of shotgun only and I can understand why some people don't like change. I just thought this was an interesting article and it certainly contradicted some of my own opinions concerning the safety differences between centerfire cartridges and shotguns. Food for thought.

    Ballistics is a science. Easily replicated at every stage.

    Of course, for some reason this sounds awfully familliar:

    i.e.... "Damn the facts. Full speed ahead with my personal vagenda..." :banghead3
