Jim Nunnery Memorial tournament

Discussion in 'Northwest Indiana Fishing Reports' started by bigling97, Jun 15, 2006.

  1. Earlier this year the Tracker Bass Club lost a member too early in life. Jim Nunnery died at the age of 36 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Jim leaves behind a wife and two beautiful little girls. We are holding a memorial tournament in his honor to try to help the family out as much as we can.
The tournament date is set for Sunday July 16th. We will be fishing Lake Michigan and it's connecting waterways. We will be launching out of Alsip boat launch The tournament cost is 75.00 per team. The club is asking for an additional 25.00 donation for the family. After prize money is distributed the club will donate the remainder 20% to the family. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and I am trying to work on getting some additional prizes to raffle off. Motorguide has already donated a 24 volt digital trolling motor valued at about 900.00. If you can't make it and would like to donat something to help the cause, be it a gift card or cash donation you can mail it to :

    Thank you.
