here is a pic of a nice i pike i caught out of Hamilton Lake.It was 9 1/4 lbs and 32" long.
Nice fish there
She looks heavier than your average 32 inch pike. Must have been getting fat off those Gizzard shad in Hamilton.

Cary, There are a few in your lake like that one.
If ya want to catch more of those slimers check this out. We do 2 things on Hammy. Throw blue chrome/orange belly Rogues or lip hook 4" chubs on jigs. Oh, I forgot you also need a 12pac of cold ones and hang on!!!!
All I can catch on George are Hammer Handles...caught one maybe 4 pounds last year. Usually catch them trolling big Rapalas. I've never thrown a spoon. If I'm going to cast for them, I usually throw a spinnerbait.
