Well a few of you asked for it so I did it. I have talked to a preserve (Kingdom Prairie) located between North Judson and Knox, Indiana. He has said he would be happy to host a bragging rights competition with proceeds to be donated to The Duneland Area Chapter of Pheasants Forever, along with a donation to this site.
The date will be Saturday April 2, 2005. Starting around 8 a.m. (he is on the same time as Michigan right now 1 hour ahead of us in the NW corner of Indiana.) You can opt for an afternoon or morning hunt and from there run times will be given. The cost is $75 for a four bird 25 minute run. You can do 2 man teams or single man and do up to 2 runs best run of the 2 counts. We will see how much intrest is sparked in this and that will set the field as of right now we are going to take acceptance of the first 25 teams with payment due by March 27,2005.
Lets make this a fun first outing for the Indiana Sportsman site.
By the way you Michigan people are more than welcome to get in on the fun.
I have met many of you and had fun in the past so come be a hoosier for a day.
