Who do you see running in 2008? Who do you see winning?
Still to early to tell really. This is really one of the most up in the air elections in quite a while. Both of the big two parties are extremely segmented amoungst themselves, let alone thinking of it in general election terms.
Edwards, Obama, Clinton are probably the Dem frontrunners.
Gulliani, Thompson (who isn't even 100% in), McCain are the GOP toppers, the way I see it.
Bad, Worse, and ***...
mudhole is right, its too early to tell...
I know who won't win, ME...and thats just a crime...
It doesn't even matter at this point
the one person that should win
who would govern as the constitution dictates
he would shrink government
taxes would decrease
civil liberties would be returned
but he doesn't have a snowballs chance. Being a man of strong moral fiber though i'm hitching my trailer to that horse even though I know he's dieing.
Ron Paul '08 baby!!!!
You heard it here first.........If and when Fred Thompson puts his hat in the ring.
Bring back Ross Perot!!! That brother had it going on and people couldn't see it. Run the country like a well run business and you would see positive changes happen...but noooooooo, spend money like it's going out of style and wonder why the books don't balance. I hope there is a sleeper candidate out there somewhere that comes in and spoils the party for everyone currently in the picture.
Unfortunately, I see it as a Turd Sandwich vs a Giant Douche.
I`M A DYED IN THE WOOL CONSERVATIVE AND I CAN`T GET EXCITED ABOUT ANY OF THE CURRENT REPUBLICIAN CANDIDATES. THERE ARE POSITIONS THAT I LIKE ABOUT SOME, BUT NONE HAVE THE TOTAL PACKAGE. FROM WHAT I KNOW NOW, I THINK I COULD REALLY GET BEHIND FRED THOMPSON, IF AND WHEN, HE DECIDES TO GET IN.
THERE IS STILL ALOT OF TIME BETWEEN NOW AND NOVEMBER`08, ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN.
If either side had a candidate worth talking about............... You can't gift wrap a dog turd - open it up and it's still ****!
I think that the election is going to very pivotal point to the American economy. For instance what goes on with the war, gas prices, and the ever so often debated social security. I for myself can't wait for the elections, for some reason the price of gasoline allways seems to go down.
Well for one I still cant get that picture of Hillary out of my mind. It haunts me. I believe its the picture that was comparing her to that giant pig. I believe I saw it on this web site. :yikes: :yikes: I sure hope its not Hillary :help: :help:
Actually...i've said that...so, this isnt first...haha
I'm waiting for Ted Nugent to run for pres.
I have always voted republican but Obama seems like he really has his head on straight. I think he is the best that the democrats have to offer. Im still wondering who could step forward for the republicans. Maybe Bill O'Riley.
Has anyone heard anything bad about Obama?
he wants to outlaw assault weapons (no problem) AND outlaw concealed firearms (big F'in problem)
thats right folks, he wants to take away our right to carry handguns...you know who else revoked citizens right to carry firearms??? Adolf Hitler...
No I wasn't comparing Obama directly to Adolf Hitler, I'm a student of history, I know what hitler did. It was more a faint comparison of liberalism today to so called "Socialist" governments of days gone by. Again I stress, Obama is not Hitler. Liberals are socialist. Thank you.
i agree with that.
