It’s been a tough summer and fall for shrooms this year. But at least the fish been biting and it’s about time to start deer hunting
Yea, I finally got things out and practiced this past week. Crossing my fingers I can get out this weekend. Checked my camera last week, had several does and yearlings, and one 8 pt that is a nice deer, looks young, but probably won't make through the season where he is, someone will take him.

nice find koko! try this with some of those. pull apart in strands and heat in skillet till moisture is starting to evaporate. then add some butter and garlic and sautee them till browned good. then pour in some chicken broth(1/4" in skillet) and cook that down till almost evaporated. i think thats the best way ive had oysters to this day. it really brings out their flavor more than just a fast sautee in butter.

i was finding some oysters and chickens. then the temp dropped out.

a huge chicken found while bassin up some sandwiches.:p
