Summit Lake 3.30.05

Discussion in 'Central Indiana Fishing Reports' started by Slowretrieve, Mar 31, 2005.

  1. Fished Summit yesterday. Day was clear and windy. Not a lot of people on the water. Water temp was 48 degrees everywhere I looked. Tried bee moths and minnows below bobbers, then switched to some floating minnow lures, then curly tailed grubs and jigheads. Got one lonely bass that seemed as surprised that I caught him as I was that he hit a live minnow. Pretty cold still. Didn't see much on the sonar in the upper levels of water, but did see some suspended just off the bottom in about 24 feet of water.
