I have fished it only cause it's close to me, it's ok fishing for bass, crappie, and gills. Some cats in it as well I have never done well in it enough to suggest traveling any long ways just for it.

 

It's a fairly small lake and it gets a lot of fishing pressure during the Spring and Summer. If you fish in the Fall you may be able to avoid a lot of the fishing pressure.

 

How is the bank access there?

 

Very good. Plenty of areas you can walk and if your adventurous you can hike a little and get away from everybody.
